Gamification: Scavenger Hunt

One of the best ways to make onboarding interesting for new hires is to develop a scavenger hunt to promote competition and completion of the program. In this example, we created a scavenger hunt which included a Top 10 Leaderboard. Learners compete between sessions in order to receive swag which is awarded at the end of the program.
