Baxalta was founded after its parent company, Baxter International, spun off a pharmaceutical division.  With revenue of $6 billion, Baxalta employs a staff of 16,000 worldwide.  Baxalta partnered with Try It Now Training to deliver an explainer video which promoted their new People Manager Onboarding Portal.

Challenge

Baxalta needed a brief yet impactful video with a global approach to appeal to its worldwide audience.  The video had to convey many high-level topics in a way that didn’t feel rushed or crammed, and much of the target audience had no prior knowledge of the subject.

Solution

We produced a powerful eight-minute explainer video which highlighted relevant articles, videos, webinars, and locally-run workshops.  To achieve global appeal, we choose international football (soccer) as an appropriate analogy, with the various coaches, team members and training staff representing groups within the client’s organization.  With our help Baxalta was able to introduce their new onboarding portal with effective impact.
